Step 1 — Material Preparation
Day 1 - 3
Raw material sourcing, yarn procurement, and pre-production checks. Greige fabric allocation confirmed against your approved specification.

Step 2 — Fabric production
Days 4 - 10
Weaving, knitting, or finishing process begins. In-line inspections conducted at 30%, 60%, and 90% of production completion milestones

- In-line inspection (3 checkpoints)
- Dyeing & finishing process
- Width and weight verification
Step 3 — Quality Testing
Days 11 - 13
Full 4-point inspection and independent lab testing. Colour fastness, dimensional stability, GSM verification, and defect mapping completed.

- 4-Point QC inspection
- Lab test: colour fastness
- Shrinkage & dimensional stability
- Defect rate calculation
Step 4 — Dispatch
Days 14 - 15
Approved bulk packed, labelled, and dispatched with full documentation pack — QC report, lab certificate, and commercial invoice.
